Clifford Williamson III

Life Coach

Clifford Williamson III is a pastor, life coach, and disciple-maker with a deep passion for helping people grow spiritually, strengthen their relationships, and walk confidently in their God-given purpose. With decades of ministry involvement and professional leadership experience, Clifford brings a unique blend of pastoral care, biblical counseling, and practical wisdom to those he serves.

Licensed as a minister with the Assemblies of God since 2017, Clifford has spent much of his life investing in people through pastoral care, discipleship, and prayer. For more than nine years he has faithfully served as a Volunteer Care Pastor, walking alongside individuals and families during some of life’s most important moments—offering guidance, encouragement, and biblical truth rooted in compassion and grace.

Clifford’s heart for discipleship has been demonstrated through a wide range of ministry roles. For over ten years he has led and served on prayer teams, standing with believers in faith and intercession while helping others develop a deeper prayer life. His passion for strengthening marriages led him to serve as a Marriage Ministry Director for seven years, where he helped couples build stronger, Christ-centered relationships through biblical teaching, counseling, and mentorship.

His commitment to nurturing the next generation is reflected in his 13 years of service as an Assistant Children’s Pastor. During that time, Clifford helped teach biblical foundations to children while supporting families in raising spiritually grounded young believers. He also served as a Deacon and Trustee at Palms Church in Virginia Beach, Virginia, contributing to both the spiritual and operational health of the church community.

Since 2007, Clifford has also served as a Nouthetic counselor—an approach to biblical counseling that focuses on applying Scripture to everyday life challenges. Through this counseling framework, he helps individuals and couples find clarity, healing, and direction by addressing issues with truth, accountability, and grace.

In addition to his ministry work, Clifford brings over 26 years of professional experience as an Information Technology Manager. His leadership in the technology field has sharpened his skills in problem-solving, strategic thinking, and guiding teams—qualities that translate naturally into coaching, mentoring, and pastoral leadership.

Clifford’s academic background reflects both discipline and a commitment to lifelong learning. He holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Information Technology: one specializing in Application and Database Development and another in Web and Mobile Programming. While his formal education is rooted in technology, his calling has always centered on serving people, helping them grow spiritually, and equipping them to live purposeful lives.

Today, Clifford focuses on life coaching, discipleship, and pastoral support—helping individuals and couples navigate life with biblical clarity and practical guidance. Whether mentoring leaders, counseling families, or walking alongside someone seeking spiritual growth, his mission remains the same: to encourage transformation through faith, truth, and intentional discipleship.

Clifford believes that every person has the capacity to grow, heal, and step into the calling God has placed on their life. Through compassionate leadership, biblical wisdom, and years of ministry experience, he continues to serve others with a heart committed to seeing lives changed and faith strengthened.
