Founder/CEO

Jennifer Fox is the Founder and President of By Design Transformation Center and an ordained Marriage & Family Pastor with extensive experience leading marriage, family, and women’s ministries. As a Pastoral Counselor, Certified Master Life Coach, and ICF Board-Certified Associate Certified Coach, she brings specialized expertise in mental health coaching as well as infidelity and betrayal trauma. Passionate about restoration and transformation, Jennifer is dedicated to equipping individuals and families through Christ-centered guidance, teaching, and compassionate care.

Harry Fox serves as CFO and Vice President of By Design Transformation Center and as a Marriage & Family Pastor, co-leading the ministry alongside his wife, Jennifer. With a professional background as a Senior Project Manager and academic training in engineering, construction management, and biblical theology, he brings both strategic leadership and strong spiritual insight to his work. Passionate about worship, prayer, and mentoring, Harry is committed to strengthening marriages and equipping others to grow in faith, purpose, and kingdom impact.

A graduate of Pacific Rim Christian University, she has guided individuals and families through life’s transitions, grief, and personal challenges, including authoring Run to You: A Guide Through Miscarriage to support those navigating loss. For the past nine years, she has served alongside her husband, Clifford, leading marriage ministries, mentoring couples, and supporting families through weddings, hospital visits, and community life groups.
